In San Antonio:

The County Indigent Heath Care Program provides a variety of health care services to eligible residents through the counties, hospital districts and public hospitals in Texas. 2.    The Texas Breast and Cervical Cancer Services (BCCS) program is funded partly by CDC’s National Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program (NBCCEDP) that helps low income, uninsured, and underserved women gain access to lifesaving screening programs for early detection of breast and cervical cancers. The BCCS program offers clinical breast exam (CBE), screening mammogram, pelvic exam, and Pap test. To qualify a woman must be low-income, uninsured, and age 18-64.
